We pack and ship orders each day we are open. Our online order system is automated and so you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed, and another when your order is shipped. If you have chosen a tracked service, your tracking number will be in this second email. We may contact you directly via email if there is an issue with your order.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer several different shipping methods depending on the weight of your order.

2) Standard — Tracked: Royal Mail Tracked 24
3) Express — Tracked: DHL Express 24

It is advised you please consider a tracked service for international shipping. Option 1) above does not come with a tracking link. Options 2) and 3) do come with a tracking link. We hold no responsibility if your package is held in customs and we cannot predict if this will happen. We do not cover duties and taxes within the shipping cost, these will be charged and collected locally.
If your order is returned to us we will refund the full amount back to the account you made payment from. We will then email to let you know and advise you to try a tracked service.
